FLU VACCINE IS HERE!!
The C.D.C. recommends that every child receives the flu vaccine each year. Some children are at greater risk of complications from influenza and it is most important that they receive the vaccine. These include all children under the age of five and children with chronic health conditions, including asthma. Babies less than 6 months old cannot receive the flu vaccine, but it essential that all siblings and care givers of the baby do receive the vaccine in order to protect the baby from influenza. More information can be found at the C.D.C. website http://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/season/flu-season-2015-2016.htm. Please call our office to schedule an appointment or to address any questions or concerns you may have.
